My Dell computer with WinXP home version. Recently, it keeps trying update two stuff, but always fails. One is "Security update for Publisher 2003", the other is "update for Outlook 2003 Junk Emails". 最讨厌的是: when I shut down computer, it always do the update and keep about 5 mins after failed. Does anyont know how to manually remove these two update stuff, which have already downloaded into my computer but I donot know where they are stored? Thanks a lot.
And, another question, when computer shut down, sometimes, it reports "svchost.exe - Application Error : The instruction at '0x745f2780' referenced memory at '0x00000000'. The memory could not be 'read' ". After that, computer hang up forever. Can someone help me? Thanks.
