Application Icons Disappeared from Desktop westmont2007-01-01 18:48:58

Do not know what I did. All application icon (shortcut) disappeared from desktop. Checked Recycle Bin and did not see any. Used SmartUndelete on C: and did not see any of them. Anybody know what happened and how to get them back? I have more than 30 application icons before. Thanks.
