买了一个logitech quickcam for notebooks dulexe，本想装好后与家人通话，没想到在安装时说需要win xp sp2或更高的版本，

当我打开网站点击下载连接，总是不工作，今天查了一下laptop系统是win xp home edition version 2002 Service Pack 1，重没更新过,
请大侠指教该如何解决？谢谢！

只有正版WIN XP可以下载SP2的补丁
