IE can not be started xppp 文学城

sorry I can not type Chinese.

My XP's IE crashed. I can not start IE any more
everytime I start it, it reports: ERROR,
and asks me:
Send ERROR report?
the other parts of XP are all normal.

How to reinstall IE?
