了iPhone之外，在苹果正在举行的WWDC大会上，最令人瞩目的就是苹果全新操作系统Leopard的亮相了。说实在的，乔布斯亲自向大家介绍的这款操作系统，虽然比较前作，有了很多明显的改进，但其实并没有让人们感到多么的兴奋。
如果你使用过Vista的话，肯定会忍不住把两个操作系统进行一番比较，显然从某些方面看来，Leopard多少和Vista有点像，不知道这次算不算是苹果“抄袭”了微软一回呢。
1. 新的Leopard桌面：和Vista的Aero以及侧边栏效果差不太多。
2. 新的Finder：和Vista中的搜索有很多地方都非常相似，而且新Leopard中的Coverflow浏览模式几乎和Vista中的Flip 3D模没什么区别
3. QuickLook：这种文件预览方式就像是Vista中的缩略图预览方式。
4. 64位处理：Leopard是第一个只提供64位版本的桌面操作系统。Vista则有32位和64位两种选择，而且后续的微软操作系统还将持续推出32位的版本，直到32位机器被淘汰出局。
5. Core animation：不知道Vista哪方面能与之相比较。这一功能的演示会让人想起微软Max图片共享应用。总之，这一功能并没有让人惊艳的感觉。
6. Boot Camp：可以在你的Mac电脑上运行Vista，苹果在WWDC上展示了运行Vista玩纸牌游戏的演示。自从去年以来，Boot Camp的下载量已经超过250万次，相信有更多的Windows商业应用和游戏都已经运行在Mac电脑上。
7. Spaces：这一功能允许用户把各种应用程序分组进不同的空间当中。在Vista里面还没有这样的应用。
8. 带有不少widgets的Dashboard：其实和Vista的侧边栏非常的相似
9. iChat：这一应用添加了很多有趣的东西，使之看起来更像是一个全功能的视频会议软件。乔布斯展示的iChat Theater功能会让人想起Vista的Meeting Space或者是新的微软Shared View文件共享和会议子系统。
10. Time Machine：这一功能能够自动备份。Vista也内建了备份和还原功能，虽然看起来不如TIme Machine这么炫目，但是实现的功能差不多。

Stacks
Leopard为了减少桌面混乱的情况，推出一个称为Stacks（堆栈）的功能。你可以在自己创建的Stack里面放入任何的图片、文件夹、应用程序等等你需要的。

如果一个stack里面包含的东西太多，就会以格子的方式显示出来。Safari或者邮件当中的下载，自动存到下载的stack里面去

Leopard重新设计的Finder现在允许用户使用类似iTunes曾经用过的Cover Flow界面来浏览多页文件或者播放视频。
