Ubuntu 7.04 for PC CDROM, ordered from the company in UK, got this morning.
boot with the Ubuntu system cd, message on screen；
init: tty2 main process (9300) terminated with status 1
init: tty2 min process ended, respawning
init: tty2 respawning too fast, stopped
then the system halted...
屏幕满是这样的信息，process number running from 1 until 9300.
打算装个双启，或者干脆就是Ubuntu自己跑了，俺linux水平太菜，不知怎么解决？是硬件的问题吗？老电脑陪伴我7年多了，不舍得扔，xp pro 跑的还挺欢呢，聊天上网看电视打个文件啥的都没问题，1mb显卡都可以打cs1.6，厚厚~~~
