how to downgrade service pack 3 to 2, nmnm2009-12-28 23:44:38

pc runs very slow after windows update (sp 2 to 3 and IE 6 to IE 8 update). Don't want reinstall OS to get SP 2 back. thanks any suggestions.

start->control panel->add/remove programs
