Dell is dumping their 5" streak. It has almost all function that you need for a mobile device.

Phone, front/rear camera for videos and photos, built-in GPS, compass, even has FM radio built-in. Android 2.2. The CPU is fast enough to handle 720P video. 

 

Yes, 5" is stlightly big as a phone, but use it as tablet, GPS is better to have big screen.
