我猜，骗子想利用“时间差”。

用汇票支票有可能，不过PayPal上没有时间差可以利用啊。

骗子会说，他在非洲，无法用PayPal。

你寄后，骗子会说他没收到，要求退钱。

一旦你上了钩，骗子很可能改口说他眼下正和女儿一起在非洲，只能寄支票给你。

一般来讲，如果东西确实寄出（有tracking number），被邮局丢失，卖方没有责任。

同问，如果给他Paypal的帐号，不知怎么被骗。
