Help: Home Server File Share speed is very slow ////2011-09-16 16:30:08

I have a home server powered by MS WHS 2011. Copying shared files from the server is very fast and the speed can reach 50 - 100 mb/s all the time and the inbound copy can reach this speed occasionally, too. But the most of time the inbound copy to the server is very slow and the speed may be 1-3mb/s.

The speed could not get faster when it is slow even after I turn reboot the server, the client desktops, the switch, router and even the cable modem. No Ant-Virus SW on server and client Desktop.

Does Anyone has any idea about this issue? Thanks ahead.
