有个Win 8.1的laptop，微软老提示要给免费的Win 10，一不留神就答应了，点的是Express Setting。
升完后发现浏览器自动设定了微软的，以为还是是Internet Explore，琢磨一会儿才知道换成了新的 “Edge"。
试了下其他浏览器（Chrome、FireFox等），发现都上不了网。其他许多要联网的软件也连不上，连微软自己的 Internet Explore 11、OneDrive等也都连不上。卸载重装也不行。也不能（从 Edge）下载装软件 --- 现在大部分软件只下载个小小的安装部分，大部分东西是安装过程中连网获取的，网连不上了，啥都不能干。
上网查询，答案是要 reset TCP/IP stack。具体操作：
1. Start Menu
2. At the bottom, click All Apps
3. Scroll down to Windows System and click to see drop down
4. Right click on Command Prompt, select Run As Administrator
5. When Command Prompt opens, run the following two comands:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
6. Restart computer.......
