media player, real player can not play sound

under windows xp, only in the limited user account, the player can not access the sound card, but normal in administrator account. when the limited is changed to administrator type, it works normal, but when switched back, does not work again.

in the limited account, it works normal before, but recently reinstalled operating system. even a newly created limited user account does not work either. The error code is below. thanks a lot for your helping.
