Help! Windows Update 时莫名其妙死机 nice2005-02-14 21:14:30

I have a Dell Inspiron, windows XP. Recently 经常莫名其妙死机， 多数发生在用IE时， 特别是在进行windows or office update 时，每次必死无疑。
我已经重装了IESP1, Win XP SP1 and SP2 can not be installed due to the problem described as above.
Any one knows what the problem is???????
