I updated my computer from windows 98 (English) to windows 2000 in order to run 智能狂拼II。 I checked "simplified Chinese" in Control Panel>Regional Options>General>Language Settings for System. However, when I tried to change the input locales, it doesn't work. Here is what happened: I clicked "Input Locales", the message says: "click change to add, remove or modify your installed input langages and method." There is a [change] button below the message. However, when I cliced the [change] button, it stands still and nothing happened. It did not lead me to a dialoge window so that i can add input locales. Anybody knows what's the problem and how I can fix it? Thanks in advance.
