When LAN connection is enabled and connected to internet, other program, especially explorer, will be delayed for around 30 to 60 senconds. Like open a new internet browser, or double click to open My Computer, or go to start to open a notepad empty file, or when attach a file to internet mail box (like yahoo), the browser window jump quickly but freeze there after click the file name. Everything is fine, except launch of programs, after launching, it works quickly.
When I disable LAN connection or just plug out the cable, it's fast to launch any program without any delay.
I use WinXP sp2. The above problem sometimes just disappears, sometimes keeps brothering me.
