Can't open Chinese name file, pls help infinity 文学城

I am using XP home edition (English), and MS office 2000. I can save word file by using Chinese name, but when I try to open it, the system can't recognize it.

I have some MP3 files using Chinese name, but I can open it.

Any suggestions?
