所有物品value写的是４００美金。　今天接到电话和两张表格，要我填好发过去，怎么还要我的social security card copy呢？海关到底要干啥啊，不就一箱衣服和四小箱的货吗。

这是收到的信：
The parcel your sister send is held up in customs. In order to clear and deliver the shipment we need the following:



1. A clear copy of your social security card back and front.
2. Complete the Footwear Detail Sheet form attached.
3. Look at the invoice attached and write what is the unit value then the total values.
4. Write what is the fabric content for all the garments e.g cotton, polyester etc.
5. Write what the jewelry is made of. Eg. Plastic or metal.

我回信过去说，社安号卡现在正在用于别处暂时不能提供，不知行不行啊？

哦，海关不吃你这套的，没收你的东西你也愿意？

要是给SSC的话，是不是就会被IRS注意上？一但有钱从PAYPAL上

都寄过好多次自已用的衣服和一些货，怎么这次才要SSN呀，是
