加州的Corp/Inc每年都要交SI-200表，其中第16项“DESCRIBE THE TYPE OF BUSINESS OF THE CORPORATION”该怎么填，Instructions上说的是“Briefly describe the general type of business that constitutes the principal business activity of the corporation.”
是指公司具体做什么生意吗？
注册公司的时候不都是写“... to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporation may be or organized under the law ...”
在网上电子版，该项目成了第11项，空格之够写5个单词左右，怎么也不够写。
Google了半天，没找到例子。通常Type of business是指Corp，LLS，Partnership之类的分类。这个表就是个Corp填的，不应该指这个。
