REF from NSC again SimpleQ2005-07-01 18:37:35

I got REF from NSC for NIW a month ago and I have not replied for it yet. But, the on-line information on my case was updated today and said that they sent me a REF yesterday. I am confused why they sent it again. These two are the same or not?

Have any guys had such experinece?
