Hi, I got an offer and I am going to transfer my H1. I understand I can start to work with the new employer as long as I get the receiving notice of H1 application. My question is if it is still legal to work with my current employer between the date USCIS issues me receiving notice and final approval of my H1.Your experience and advices are highly appreciated.
