H1 B visa transfer from school firsthand2005-08-04 04:37:06

I am applying for H1 B transfer from school to company. I found the process is very slow, just April's case got approved. Does anyone know these progress? If I can't get approved before October, my current first 3-year H1 visa will expire. how will I do?
