Pls help, NIW RFE (TSC) newniw2005-09-13 00:21:45

Dear Friends,

submitted NIW 140 three weeks ago, and just got REF from TSC, is the third prong, specifically asked for

(1) independent recommendation letters of show my contributions are unusual significant.
(2) Submit the number of time and the names of the specific independent researcher citing my publication. (the examiner stated the most of the citation I submited are from my colleagures, collaborators or self-citation.
(3) I reviewed two papers for a journal, and the examiner stated that reviewing other articles are expected in the scientific community. the examiner asked me to show that I have reviewed an unusually large number of articles, recieve independent requests from a substantila numbe of journals.

The second and third requests are toooooooo tough.

Please share your experiences and suggestions.
