Sorry for the language but she is a mess. She is always bringing me bad news, first time told me H1B ran out (in fact there are quota for Master or above degrees), then she just doesn't want to admit she is stupid and made me applied 2005 quota by insisting she had insider information that 20,000 cap for 2006 is out, bullshit.
Then perm, she messed up the ad and file date. She told me we will file on 10/10, and wait until today to tell me she caught a problem and need more ads and will defer the filing for one more month, and this is because I checked yesterday, If I leave her alone, she will totally forget my case
A good lawyer cannot be more important. Who the hell knows why the company picked her.....
Be sure you guys get a good lawyer. And all bad lawyers suck!
