Thanks for your article and answer: I-824 is right (See below). Now I have a very serious question:

I-140 approved and I-824 filed for kid before Kid's 21th birthday. But due to 排期, after years if kid turns 21 year old in China at the time my I-485 get approved, can kid still be approved to get immigration Visa in Guangzhou?

Thanks a lot for your opinion! Any one has some experience or example on this issue? Thanks very much!
