I am preparing for EB-3 I140. Do I need a petition letter for this? I read the instruction on line and it says that I need an employment confirmation letter. does it refer to the offer letter i got from my employer? or a petition letter? what kind of info should be included in this letter? is there any sample letter available anywhere on line?
also, my current wage is below the prevailing wage. so, if wage info should be included in this letter, should it be my current wage or the prevailing wage?
