Urgent! Change service center with I-140 pending TSH2005-11-04 00:18:05

I submitted I-140/I-485 NIW to CSC at the end of september.Now I have to move with my boss to Oklahoma. Is it OK to move to a different service center with a pending I-140? Additionally, I also need to extend my H1B at TSC. Could someone tell me if it is fine to have an overlap between two H1Bs? Thank a lot!
