I got the second approval notice in mail two days ago. This time everything was good. Nothing about NIW--PHYSICIAN anymore.
I think it does't matter any way. Someone mentioned here that CIS called his lawyer and told him that they knew about their "NIW-PHYSICIAN" mistakes and they won't really process such cases as for NIW-physicians.
