My case is my lawyer filed my PERM more that 2 months ago. and I filed the RIR on 2003 Dec. Recently I just find out that without my knowledge, she try to retain the priority date of RIR while filing PERM. she told me this for my good, and that is why it will take longer.
Does this mean my RIR will be replaced by this PERM application.
I think it alwasy safe and more chances to file PERM separately from RIR.
