I-140 approved today after Intend to Deny (TSC) lovewind2005-11-23 17:33:31

I submitted my I-140 (NIW) on Sept. 23rd, 2005. Got an intend to Deny on Oct. 20th. Resubmtted materials on Nov21th. Got approved today.
