Finally my I-140 was approved after ITD ppmmsugar2005-12-02 05:34:27

I got an Intent to deny letter on Oct. 25 after I submitted the 140 and 485 concurrently on Sept. 27. I was so worried and didn't know what to do. I was encouraged by some warm-hearted people here and they gave me very useful information. I fired my previous layer and hired another one. My new layer did great job. I collected two independent letters and one surprise letter and he wrote the cover letter for me. My case was approved 3 days later after CIS received my materials. I want thank you all especially lovewind, kaine and fsa2000. I am so happy and hope good luck to lovewind.
