My situation:
H-1 holder, submitted I-140/485 at the end of Sep, 2005(VSC), pending now. Plan to travel to Canada to visit a relative(about a week), what procedure for this purpose? what document do I need to prepare? can AP be used for this purpose? (I am going to apply for AP soon, but want save it for visiting China, since didn't come back for so many years).
I know people here are really kind, please offer me some suggestion, I really apreciate your big help.
