I am in Minnesota and my lawyer has filed my labor two months ago. My lawyer just recently told me the status is still pending based on what he learned on the web. Is that normal? (I am filled under EB2). I also learned that my lawyer can check with DOL for update if we didn't receive reply after 90 days based on their new policy. Can anyone comment on this? Thanks a ton.
