My current visa is F1, and my opt will end in Jun 2006. I came to this company on Dec. and expected to get H1B visa in the next 15 days. However, my academic backgrounds are totally different from this company , I almost have no chance to apply for the green card here. The working environment is also very tough. So it seems to me that it is better for me to go back the university, or find another company. May I ask you whether I need the documents from this company to support me transfer H1B from this company to the university, or another company. Thanks a lot.
