My labor certification (LC) was filed in 02/2004. I got my 45-day letter from Dallas Backlog Elimination Center in 09/2005. Currently, my own LC is still pending. Now my company wants to give me a substitution LC with a priority date about 3 months ahead of my own LC's priority date. I'm wondering to use this substitution LC or wait for my own LC approval.
I have 2 questions about the substitution LC.
(1) Is there any difference in my I-140 & I-485 application when I use the substitution LC or my own LC?
(2) If I use the substitution LC, can I change my job in the same area after my I-140 is approved and my I-485 submit over 180 days?
