it is unbelieveable, the EB1 (EA) I-140 is approved so fast. In my case, Rd is Jan 9 and the case status shows it is approved on Jan 12. My background is very average: 5 publication (2 first author in English in general Journal, and 1 is in Chinese, 2 is second author in Chinese). 3 citiation. 1 abstract for conference; five references. first year postdoc currently. PhD from China. This is all what I applied base on. But I think my statement is organized very well.
