急问学校H1B的延期问题 tuhongde 文学城

今年五月H1B就要过期了，现在申请延期还来得及吗? 要不要办加急的?
另外听说只要延期申请递上去，在现在的H1B失效后240天内批准都可以，这期间仍然算合法的H1B身份，这个是不是真的?
