I submitted my I-140 (NIW) and 485 before last Oct 1. and got my I 140 approved (in TSC). Now because of the funding issue, I probably have to move.
I was told that I can move to other universities 6 months after I filed my I485. Is that true? Do I need to file another I485 if I move out of this center? Any other influence on my case? Please teach me in detail. Thank you very much!
