我是公民身份, 正在帮老公办绿卡, 有些问题想请教.
1) 在I-864 FORM (affidavit of support under section)中第二部分中问
a) I filed/am filing the alien relative petition.
b) I filed/ am filing an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as my __________________ (relationship)
请问我应该选那一个.
2) 我的个人收入is above 125 percent of poverty line requirement for sponsors. Do I need to put my asset on the I-864 form?
3) 在I-130 form (Petition for Alien Relative)中, C 部分中的第14个问题--date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as show on Form I-94 or I-95, 我老公的I-94 form 上没有具体日期,他原来是F2, 后在09/29/2003改成F1, 卡上只显示STL#9630. 但是他的OPT卡上显示 Expiration date: 07/31/2006. 请问我应该怎样填?
4)在I-485 中第二部分, 问I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:
a) An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved.
b) My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children
c) I entered as K-1 fiancé of a United States citizen whom I married within 90 days of entry.
我觉得没有特别适合我的, 只有B 好象还象些, 请问我选B对不对.
