got one LC approved but my experience doesn't match the LC requires due to attorney's negligence. I don't want to wait for another 3 or 4 months for the new LC. I want to ask the attorney to file I-140. Meanwhile,we can start the new PERM. If I-140 is denied,we can file another I-140--hopefully at that time,the new LC is obtained. does this work?
