1.Proof of custody for children under the age of 18.
我们的孩子在美国出生,我们有她的出生证明,出生证明上有孩子父母的姓名.不知这个可以用来做Proof of custody.如果不行,需要什么样的证明,到那里去办?
2.If you live in a country different from your nationality include a photocopy of your visa for the country where you currently live.

这个Offical ducumentation of education in English是学位证书吗?还是要去学校开一封信证明在某个期间就读与此.

美国雇主的work experience证明信可以吗?
