These are the new posts from AILA website today which mostly describe guest worker plan but with section 6 passage will bring tremendous benefits to US advance degree holders, such as eliminating H1B cap totally to these people and eliminate immigration visa number restriction for them. Hope this will pass ASAP. I wonder if someone knows when the congress will be discuss the bill.
