请问一下,我在2月9号递交了140,收到CASE NUMBER,上网一看,给了下面的这段话.有人知道这140真的要花400到450天吗?我用的是PERM.谢谢大家了!
Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on February 9, 2006. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

是一般时间,可长可短,本人300天,最后用了70多天.
