EAD mail address L2006-02-22 21:22:09

My 485 is pending from last year in VCS. Now I am going to apply EAD. Where can I send the documents?
I want to send to VCS that place my 485 pending. But I don't know first page of I-765, why it said to mail to Chicago for category C9?
Please give me help.
