We want to have kids take elementary school in china. They come here to take high school and college.
I am in the status of 485 pending(I-140 approved last year). My kid (6 year old) need get fingerprint done. However, he is in China now.
I have two choices:
1, My kid come and get fingerprint done now and have to stay here for GC.
2, Just stay in China and finish elementay school and apply GC to come with me latter (a couple of years).
Which choice is better? I believe there are people have same situation as mine. Please help with your advice!
