My labor certificate was filed on Nov. 18 2003 in california and was approved on Nov. 11, 2005 in Texas Backlog center. Employment based I-140 EB2 was filed on Dec. 26, 2005 in California center. Today, I got an e-mail from USCIS which mentioned that my case was transferred to texas service center. My company lawyer told me that he did not receive any notice from USCIS and told me that maybe an online system mistake. I am wondering if you met this situation before and if this means anything wrong with my case. Thanks a lot!!!
