EB2 VS. EB3 Help 兔兔毛毛文学城

Perm application has been certified. How can I know it was filed based on EB2 or EB3?
The job requirement is B.S. degree and 1 year experience required. However, on the ETA Form 9089 it was specified that the minimum level education required is Balchelor.
Please advice this is EB2 or EB3. Thanks a lot!
