I just learned from my lawyer that he got the letter saying that my Labor Certification has been approved (also found approved online) but the actual Approved Labor Certification Form was not included in the envelope. It seems that they forget to put the original Approved Labor Certification Form, so it is not a lost of Labor Certification Form. My lawyer said it may cause a significant delay even we file the I140? Is that true? Thanks very much for any suggestions.
