my current H1 will expire on 12, 2006,so do my wife's and son's H4, I am also doing my H1 transfer to another Uni, which will start in July,my question is: my wife and son have to apply their H4 with my transfer at the same time or they can apply later like before some time on 12, 2006?
BTW, my I140 has been approved on April 2005, and I 485 is in pending,, my wife has used her EAD for working.
