Xiaobaitu: My wife is F1 OPT, OPT will expire 10/02/2006, I-20 stated finish studies no later than 12/31/06. If I want to transfer her to H4, can I wait to transfer her in Dec 06? Or I have to transfer her before 10/02/2006? Please help, My i-140 is pending.
