请问关于在加拿大申请H4的问题 DO-PERM2006-04-22 17:52:51

I am currently in Canada (Canadaian PR), I am planning to apply for a H4 visa.
In the application form DS 156, it asks

32.Do You Intend To Work in The U.S? (if YES, give the name and complete address of U.S. employer)

Can I answer NO. and comments: work can be an option if someone is willing to sponser my H1b

The reason being a company MAY willing to hire me, so it wont suprise me if they are willing to do my H1b right after I got to US.
